PLUS portfolio. Prior to joining Guggenheim Real Estate LLC in 2009, Tom was an Equity Analyst at Cliffwood Partners, where he covered all real estate property sectors across Cliffwood's hedged and long-only strategies. Previously, Tom worked as a Senior Equity Research Associate for Green Street Advisors and as an Acquisition Associate for AEW Capital Management's direct investments group. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California. |
