Thomas Youn, CFA 704.805.1011 tyoun@guggenheimrealestate.com Mr. Youn has responsibility for REIT sector research, insights and market intelligence. He will also be responsible for the portion of the publicly traded real estate securities in the PLUS portfolio that is managed directly. Prior to joining Guggenheim Real Estate LLC, Tom was an Equity Analyst at Cliffwood Partners, where he covered all real estate property sectors across Cliffwood’s hedged and long-only strategies. Previously, Tom worked as a Senior Equity Research Associate for Green Street Advisors and as an Acquisition Associate for AEW Capital Management’s direct investments group. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California. |
