C. Nathan Battle, CFA 212.293.2812 nbattle@guggenheimrealestate.com Mr. Battle joined Guggenheim Real Estate LLC in 2006, with responsibility for screening and evaluating direct property investments as well as analyzing public versus private commercial real estate pricing. In 2009, Nathan shifted his role to include a greater focus on REIT sector research and he joined the team ("GRE Securities") that is responsible for the directly managed portion of publicly traded real estate securities in the PLUS portfolio. Prior to joining GRE, Nathan worked in corporate and commercial banking groups at First Horizon National Corp and BB&T. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He completed the Chartered Financial Analyst Program in 2007. |
