Mr. Battle is responsible for screening and evaluating direct property investments as well as analyzing public versus private commercial real estate pricing.  Prior to joining Guggenheim Real Estate LLC, Nathan was an Analyst for First Horizon National Corporation and a Business Services Officer at BB&T.  He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
