Karen McKeel Calby 212.651.0865 kcalby@guggenheimrealestate.com Ms. Calby is a Managing Director responsible for business development, client service and strategic business oversight. In addition, Karen is on the team that is responsible for manager evaluation and market intelligence in the REIT manager universe. Prior to joining Guggenheim Real Estate LLC, Karen was a Director with Fisher Francis Trees and Watts, a global fixed income investment manager. At FFTW, Karen worked with clients on investment policy, benchmark selection, guideline development and specific investment strategies. Previously, Karen was a partner with Oliver, Wyman and Company, a global strategy consulting firm specializing in the financial services sector, and she began her career as a strategy consultant with Andersen Consulting and the Wharton Applied Research Center. She is a graduate of Dartmouth College and holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. |
