Daniel L. Cottam, CPA 617.536.5589 Mr. Cottam oversees financial accounting and reporting for direct property investments. Prior to joining Guggenheim Real Estate LLC, Dan spent three years at AEW Capital Management working on re-engineering, team building and process improvement activities on four closed-end real estate opportunity funds, spanning 35 joint venture partner investments and $3 billion assets under management. Prior to his time at AEW, Dan spent 15 years as a Controller in several hi-tech, fast-growth public companies. Dan is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International. He is a graduate of Bentley College. |
