Michael D. Della Fera, CPA 617.536.5515 mdellafera@guggenheimrealestate.com Mr. Della Fera is the Chief Financial Officer and a Managing Director responsible for finance, accounting and risk control. In addition, Mike oversees investor reporting and is responsible for third-party investment manager compliance. Mike is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of finance, accounting, and audit experience whose clients included nationally recognized real estate investment advisors, real estate investment trusts, pension funds and developers. Prior to joining Guggenheim Real Estate LLC, Mike was an audit partner with the accounting firm of KPMG LLP. In his 20-year career with KPMG LLP, the last six as a partner, he attained significant experience in fair value, tax and SEC financial reporting matters for real estate entities. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut. |
