Mike is responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting, risk control and compliance for the Firm. He is also a member of the GREI Investment Committee. Mike has over 25 years of finance, accounting, and real estate industry experience. Prior to joining Guggenheim Real Estate LLC at its founding in 2001, Mike was an audit partner with the accounting firm of KPMG LLP. In his 20-year career with KPMG LLP, the last six as a partner, he attained significant experience in fair value, tax and SEC financial reporting matters for real estate entities. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut. |
