Mr. Detwiler is responsible for asset management oversight for direct property investments.  Prior to joining Guggenheim Real Estate LLC, he was a Senior Managing Director at Faison & Associates, LLC in Charlotte, NC, where he directed Faison's Capital Advisors business unit. In that capacity, Mr. Detwiler bore responsibility on behalf of Faison Enterprises and a variety of third party institutional clients for a portfolio of office and retail products valued in excess of $1.2 billion. Mr. Detwiler previously held investment and asset management positions with Stonebridge Associates and South Charles Realty Corp (now a division of Bank of America) and began his real estate career as an investment sales broker with Barnes, Morris and Pardoe (now CB Richard Ellis) in Washington, DC. He is a graduate of Hobart College in Geneva, NY.
