Melissa Bridgeford Doering 617.859.4602 mdoering@guggenheimrealestate.com Ms. Doering is the Portfolio Manager of Guggenheim Real Estate International Fund L.P. ("GREI") and a member of the GREI Investment Committee. Melissa is responsible for the sourcing, evaluation, due diligence and monitoring of real estate managers as investment opportunities for GREI, as well as managing GREI's investment allocations in conjunction with the GREI Investment Committee. Prior to joining Guggenheim Real Estate LLC in 2009, Melissa was a Vice President of Acquisitions at Credit Suisse's DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners ("RECP"), a $4 billion global real estate private equity fund manager, where she was responsible for underwriting and executing direct real estate investments in the U.S. and Latin America. Prior to RECP, Melissa was a Vice President in Credit Suisse's Real Estate Private Funds Group, where she was responsible for evaluating real estate managers for client selection and managing the marketing process for funds in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Melissa is a graduate of the University of Florida and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. |
