Melissa Bridgeford Doering 212.918.8714 mdoering@guggenheimrealestate.com Ms. Doering is the Portfolio Manager of Guggenheim Real Estate International and a member of the GREI Investment Committee. Melissa is responsible for the sourcing, evaluation, due diligence and monitoring of real estate managers as investment opportunities for GREI, as well as managing GREI’s investment allocations in conjunction with the GREI Investment Committee. Prior to joining GRE, Melissa was a Vice President of Acquisitions at Credit Suisse’s DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners (“RECP”), a $4 billion global real estate private equity fund manager, where she was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, executing and managing direct real estate investments in the U.S. and Latin America. Prior to DLJ RECP, Melissa was a Vice President in Credit Suisse’s Real Estate Private Funds Group, where she was responsible for sourcing and underwriting opportunistic real estate managers for client selection in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Prior to Credit Suisse, she was an Equity Research Associate at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette “DLJ”) and Raymond James Financial. Melissa is a graduate of the University of Florida and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. |
