Andrew R. Gitelson 312.244.6931 agitelson@guggenheimrealestate.com Mr. Gitelson is responsible for asset management oversight of 33 direct property investments in the PLUS funds with a combined gross acquisition value in excess of $960 million. He also bears responsibility for originating new investments with existing partners and originating new partner relationships. Prior to joining Guggenheim Real Estate LLC in 2003, Andy was a Vice President in the Capital Markets Group of Jones Lang LaSalle, focused on raising private equity for real estate operating companies, joint ventures, large asset portfolios and development projects. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago and holds an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management. |
