David K. Guilkey, PhD 919.967.6703 dguilkey@guggenheimrealestate.com Dr. Guilkey is primarily responsible for the Guggenheim Real Estate PLUS “Top Down” MSA (Metropolitan Statistical Area) forecasting model. David is the Cary C. Boshamer Distinguished Professor of Economics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is the immediate past chairman of the Economics Department. He has published over 90 papers in academic journals and is a fellow at the Journal of Econometrics and a long time collaborator with Dr. Miles. He is a graduate of Michigan State University and holds a PhD in Economics from the University of North Carolina. |
