Samara Kaufman 617.859.4662 Ms. Kaufman is responsible for asset management oversight of 12 direct property investments with a combined gross acquisition value in excess of $350 million and a portfolio of five mezzanine loan investments representing nearly $30 million in the
PLUS funds. She also bears responsibility for originating new investments with existing partners and originating new partner relationships. Prior to joining Guggenheim Real Estate LLC in 2007, Samara was the Vice President of Finance for National Development in Newton, MA, responsible for project financing activities related to acquisitions and development projects. Prior to joining National Development, Ms. Kaufman held investment and asset management positions at TA Associates Realty and GE Capital Investment Advisors. Ms. Kaufman began her real estate career at AEW Capital Management as a Portfolio Controller. Prior to her experience in real estate investment management, Ms. Kaufman worked in the audit and consulting groups at KPMG Peat Marwick in Boston. She is a graduate of the University of Vermont. |
