Joseph P. Mahoney, CFA 617.536.5539 jmahoney@guggenheimrealestate.com Mr. Mahoney is a Managing Director responsible for direct property assets. In this position, Joe leads the direct property investment teams responsible for acquisitions, diligence, financing, asset management and dispositions. Since 2002, he has closed 88 property transactions with an acquisition value of $2.6 billion and sourced financing totaling $1.3 billion in proceeds. Prior to joining Guggenheim Real Estate LLC at its founding, Joe spent seven years in the Fidelity Real Estate Group. At Fidelity, he worked on the acquisition, development, and management of multi-family, office, retail, hotel and industrial properties. Before joining Fidelity, Joe served as an Infantry officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. He is a graduate of Boston University and holds an MBA from Western New England College. Mr. Mahoney is a member of the Urban Land Institute and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. |
