Joseph P. Mahoney, CFA 617.536.5539 jmahoney@guggenheimrealestate.com Mr. Mahoney is a Managing Director of Guggenheim Real Estate LLC with responsibilities on both the U.S. and international investment teams. Joe leads the U.S. direct property investment team responsible for acquisitions, diligence, financing, asset management and dispositions. Since 2002, he has participated in the acquisition of 88 U.S. direct property assets with a combined gross acquisition value in excess of $2.6 billion and has sourced financing totaling $1.6 billion in proceeds. Joe is also a member of the GREI Investment Committee. Prior to joining Guggenheim Real Estate LLC at its founding in 2001, Joe spent seven years in the Fidelity Real Estate Group. At Fidelity, he worked on the acquisition, development, and management of multi-family, office, retail, hotel and industrial properties. Before joining Fidelity, Joe served as an Infantry officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. He is a graduate of Boston University and holds an MBA from Western New England College. Mr. Mahoney is a member of the Urban Land Institute and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. |
