Prior to joining Guggenheim Real Estate LLC, Joe was an investment analyst with the Fidelity Investments Real Estate Group. At Fidelity, he worked on the acquisition, development, and management of multi-family, office, retail, hotel and industrial properties. Before working at Fidelity, Joe served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He is a graduate of Boston University and holds an MBA from Western New England College. |
