Joseph N. Marconi, CPA 617.536.5584 jmarconi@guggenheimrealestate.com Mr. Marconi is responsible for asset management oversight for direct property investments. Prior to joining Guggenheim Real Estate LLC, Joe was a manager with the accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, he attained significant experience in fair value reporting, acquisitions and SEC financial reporting matters for real estate entities. Joe is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Council of Real Estate Advisors and the Urban Land Institute. He is a graduate of the University of Florida and holds a Masters in Accountancy from the Fisher School of Accounting at the University of Florida. |
