PLUS funds. During his tenure at Guggenheim Real Estate LLC, Steve has participated in the acquisition of 60 direct property assets with a combined gross acquisition value in excess of $1.6 billion and has sourced financing totaling $1.6 billion in proceeds. Prior to joining GRE in 2005, Steve worked in the Real Estate Department of Goodwin Procter, LLP where he assisted attorneys in all aspects of large commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions and financings. Steve's responsibilities also included conducting due diligence at both the state and local level regarding zoning laws, building permits, land use regulations and various state and local filings. Steve is a graduate of Bowdoin College and holds a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University. He is a licensed attorney in Massachusetts. |
