Suzanne M. Richardson, CPA 617.536.5581 srichardson@guggenheimrealestate.com Ms. Richardson is involved in the financial and tax reporting of the direct property portfolio and maintains Guggenheim Real Estate LLC’s proprietary property asset management database. Sue started her career as an Associate and Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, auditing banks and institutional real estate clients, and also worked in the financial and regulatory reporting group for New England Electric System (now National Grid). Ms. Richardson worked as an outside consultant to GRE providing accounting and tax related services for the direct property portfolio for seven years prior to joining the firm as a full-time team member in 2010. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of McGill University and holds a Masters in Accounting from Northeastern University. |
