William M. Stevens 704.805.1010 wstevens@guggenheimrealestate.com Mr. Stevens is the Managing Principal of Guggenheim Real Estate LLC and a Senior Managing Director responsible for portfolio management. In his current role, Will is responsible for the oversight of the Guggenheim Real Estate LLC investment and portfolio management process, its overall acquisition and manager selection efforts, as well as the continued evolution of the firm's in-depth analytical research tools. During his tenure at Guggenheim Real Estate LLC Will has acquired more than 80 direct property assets with a value in excess of $2.3 billion and has directed the firm's extensive investment activities in the public real estate sector. Prior to joining Guggenheim Real Estate LLC, Will was a Vice President in the Capital Transactions Group at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, a global real estate investment management firm. Prior to joining Lend Lease, Will worked in investment banking at Jones Lang LaSalle and First Union Securities. Will is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association and the Urban Land Institute. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University and holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. |
