Mr. Stevens is the Managing Principal and a Senior Managing Director of Guggenheim Real Estate LLC. In his current role, Will is responsible for the oversight of GRE's investment and portfolio management processes and its overall acquisition and manager selection efforts, as well as the continued evolution of the firm's in-depth analytical research tools. He is the Co-Portfolio Manager of the PLUS funds and a member of the GREI Investment Committee. During his tenure at Guggenheim Real Estate LLC Will has participated in the acquisition of 81 direct property assets with a combined gross acquisition value in excess of $2.4 billion and has directed the firm's extensive investment activities in the public real estate sector. Prior to joining Guggenheim Real Estate LLC in 2003, Will worked in the Capital Transactions Group at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, a global real estate investment management firm. Prior to joining Lend Lease, he worked in investment banking at Jones Lang LaSalle and First Union Securities (now Wells Fargo). Will is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association and the Urban Land Institute. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University and holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
